I love being able to turn an old jar or empty bottle into something really pretty or useful and believe or not this used to be a 2 litre plastic pop bottle.
I cut the bottom from the bottle for the front of the boot and used the other piece for the main boot and glued it together onto a piece of card.
The whole thing was then covered in a layer of plaster of Paris bandages, red tissue paper, glitter and then once dried decorated with ribbon, bells and cotton wool.
I used a plastic pot which fitted snuggly inside, fitted with oasis and then fresh flowers.
This took a while to make especially waiting for it all to dry but was worth it and great fun to show what you can do with an empty plastic bottle.
